Shipping and handling is $8.00 for up to 4 pieces. Shipping for additional pieces is $2 more per piece.
(Example - If you order 3 wedding jewelry sets, 2 hair combs, and 1 tiara, your shipping cost would be $12 for a total of 6 pieces).
Most orders ship within 5 business days. Please allow an additional 4-7 business days for delivery. If an item is backordered we will contact you to get instructions on how to proceed.

Return Policy
All items must be returned within ten business days from receipt of shipment and in the original packaging. Merchandise must be unused, undamaged, and in salable condition. It is the sole discretion of Elegant Gowns & our supplier, Penina Designs to determine if returned items have been used or if they are in salable condition. Merchandise that is returned in non-salable condition will be immediately sent back to the customer. Postage, shipping and handling charges are not reimbursable. There is a 20% restocking fee to cover our cost to adjust inventory and databases. (see explanatory note below) We do not refund shipping.
We will immediately replace a flawed, defective, or wrong item with the correct style number, entirely at our expense. There is no restocking fee in this event.
The 20 percent restocking fee is what it costs to pay an employee to receive and unpack the item, inspect it for damage, return it to inventory, update our list of items in inventory, then go to a computer and update our database, then find your original order and mark it returned (for tax purposes). This involves more work than when we originally sent it out!
