How do I reach customer service at Spirit Incentives? Q. Do I have to see a timeshare presentation? NO! There is no requirement to sit through any sales presentations! This is your honeymoon, a time to relax, not to fight off salesmen! Back to top Q. How do I qualify to receive the free Honeymoon? All customers who purchase a bridal gown from Elegant Gowns will receive the free honeymoon! Elegant Gowns also periodically runs promotions, contests, or specials that will allow other customers to receive the free honeymoon. Back to top Q. How do I get started? A. Complete and mail in your Registration Coupon with your $50.00 deposit. Once your Registration Coupon is validated and processed, you will receive a registration confirmation letter with a toll free number for you to use to make your reservation request. Back to top Q. Why do I have to send a deposit? A. A $50.00 good faith refundable deposit is required with registration so we can minimize no-shows. Failure to appear for a confirmed reservation will result in forfeiture of your deposit. Back to top Q. How do I get my deposit back? A. You will receive a refund of your deposit after travel is completed by contacting Spirit Incentives at (954) 525-1777 or submitting your request online at www.myspirittravel.com/refund. What do the Sunbursts/Stars next to the resorts represent? A. For your convenience and satisfaction we have internally rated each location. Three sunbursts/stars is the highest rating available. Ratings are based on location offerings, resort quality, amenities offered, and past traveler experience. Back to top Q. Can I extend my stay and how much will it cost? A. We encourage you to enjoy your stay at Viva Resorts for as long as possible. Additional nights are available starting at $132.00 per person, per night, plus taxes. Back to top Q. How much is the food and drink? All food (breakfast, lunch, dinner, dessert, snacks, etc.) are FREE! All drinks (including alcohol) are included at NO additional cost to you! Back to top Q. Can I bring my children? A. Your vacation includes accommodations for 2 adults, however rooms can accommodate up to 4 people. Children age 2 and under are free. Children age 3 to 11 start at $85 per person, per night. Guests age 12 and over start at $132 per person, per night. Taxes apply to all. Back to top Q. It says the resort is an all-inclusive. What does that mean? A. All-inclusive means your stay includes your accommodations along with your meals; snacks, drinks, entertainment and gratuities. Non-motorized water sports are included as well but vary from property to property. Back to top Q. What’s not included? A. Airfare, transfers, taxes, motorized water sports, scuba diving, parasailing and incidentals. Back to top Q. I see I have to purchase my airline tickets thru Spirit. What if I find a lower fare? A. Spirit Incentives will match the lowest fare available. By booking your airline reservations Spirit Incentives is able to coordinate your entire vacation package making the experience easier and more enjoyable. Back to top Q. How much are the taxes? A. $16 per person per night for the resorts. This tax must be prepaid thru Spirit Incentives. $18.00 CASH ONLY per person departure tax must be paid directly at the airport when departure from each location. All taxes are at current rates and are subject to change. Back to top Q. When will I receive confirmation? A. You will receive immediate verbal confirmation upon payment. Written confirmation will be sent mail at least 2 weeks before your departure. This confirmation will include your air itinerary and hotel voucher along with confirmation of any additional purchases you may have made. Back to top Q. What if I need to cancel? A. Your airline tickets and resort arrangements are non-refundable. No refunds will be made for any reason once reservations have been confirmed. We recommend the purchase of travel insurance to protect against any travel interruption. Back to top Q. What documentation do I need in order to travel? A. All U.S. Citizens are required to provide a valid passport to travel to any of these destinations. Passengers who fail to provide proper documentation will be denied boarding by the airline.
