There is no extra charge for special length adjustments. Please provide your Hollow to Hem measurements in the Notes section of the order form if you would like custom length. Please be sure to measure carefully as gowns cannot be returned or exchanged if you measure your Hollow to Hem incorrectly. Gowns ordered with a custom Hollow to Hem do not qualify for the size exchange offer.
This size chart is to be used only as a guide. Design & fit of each individual style will effect the size needed to be ordered. Garments are NOT made to customer's measurements. Most manufacturers allow for a "production tolerance", meaning, that measurements can vary plus/minus 1"-2" from chart. It is rare that a formal gown fits any body perfectly, usually alterations need to be done by a professional seamstress for a smooth and tailored fit. Elegant Gowns is not responsible for the size selected nor the cost of alterations necessary to custom fit. |

Elegant Gowns is partnered with a Travel Incentive Company to be able to offer your Free All-Inclusive Honeymoon at a beach front Resort! We purchase the packages in large quantities which allows us to receive a bulk discount on our Free All-Inclusive Honeymoon Packages. All you have to do is cover the room tax (on average $50-$75 for the 2 night stay), and your Airfare! If you wish, when redeeming your certificate you will also have the option of purchasing additional nights at the All-Inclusive Resort. There is absolutely NO CATCH! Your All-Inclusive stay covers your hotel room for 2 nights, all meals and snacks, all drinks and cocktails, all Resort Entertainment, and all Resort Activities (such as snorkeling, windsurfing, or sailing).

How long will it take to receive my gown?
|
Timeless Collection: Most gowns from our Timeless Collection will be delivered to you within 3-4 weeks. In rare cases it may take up to 16-20 weeks for delivery. If your discount wedding gown will not be available for delivery within the normal 3-4 weeks you will be notified within 3 business days of placing your order. Should you choose to continue with your order for the longer delivery, Elegant Gowns will charge your credit card 20% of the purchase price immediately with the balance due before shipment.
Divine: These gowns are available for delivery within 4-5 weeks. Rush delivery may be possible for an additional cost.
Dream & Classic Collections: These gowns are available for delivery within 4-8 weeks. Rush delivery may be possible for an additional cost.
Cinderella and Cinderella Couture Collections: These gowns are available for delivery within 6-10 weeks. Rush delivery may be possible for an additional cost.
Roberta Bridals: Select styles and colors are available for delivery within 4-5 weeks, these are labeled as “Quick Delivery” gowns. All other styles and colors are available for delivery within 8-10 weeks.
Romance Collection: Most gowns from our Romance Collection will be delivered to you within 2-3 weeks. In rare cases it may take up to 12 weeks for delivery. If your discount wedding gown will not be available for delivery within the normal 2-3 weeks, you will be notified within 3 business days of placing your order. Should you choose to continue with your order for the longer delivery, Elegant Gowns will charge your credit card 50% of the purchase price immediately with the balance due before shipment.
